The number of tourists in highland Adjara is growing every year. In 2017, compared to the previous year, the number of tourists in the area increased by 98% and amounted to 46'592 visitors (as for the Adjara region in 2017, more than 1'683'000 visitors visited). Of these, 20,298 visitors visited Keda Municipality.

 

Hill Inn is an innovative vacation site in the village of Dandalo, Keda. Davit Ardzenadze with a friend Maia Verdzadze set up this startup within the frameworks of the project.

The aim of the startup is to offer a different and comfortable services to tourists vising Keda. Thus a luxury camping site Hill Inn was set up which offers its visitors:

  • Comfortable rooms with panoramic views
  • Theatre screen and a small library
  • Relaxing area
  • Spa, pool Jacuzzi and Sauna
Luxury camping site is made of a special structure with specific types of tents, which is shaped as a geodesic dome tent.  Within the framework of the project, two isolated constructions with beautifiul views were erected – This was possible as a result of the transparent part of the tent. The tents are located in the heart of nature next to a forest.


The luxury tents are furnished with a small kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom; A small cinema (projector and screen) is also installed.


Davit Ardzenadze has many years of experience in business management including working as a business consultant, economist and financial manager. In addition, he has extensive experience in the tourism sector and has been working for a travel company since 2016.


As a result of implementing the project, 2 men and 2 women will be employed.
